"Thas got five seconds to **** off or I'll kill thi". A saying me ol' man was fond of when the rent man came. Perhaps it's still in fashion, who knows?

In My first job I worked with an old guy who had two catchphrases that he used in almost every conversation totally out of context to the discussion, no one ever questioned him and to this day I still don't know what they mean

1 It says Bisto on the buses but they don't sell it.

and
2 I've got shoes but i'm not walking!

I still try to think of an occasion where either might be relevant???
 
"Howay son, play the white man." Which had the same tones the reply to that's not fair "neithers a......Bum"
