Brewed on 22/9/17 and early taste was very nice indeed, with a light malt background. Not enough berries to make it a blushing blonde however.

5 litre partial mash,topped up to 5.5 litres into FV. 1/4 campden tab added to mash and sparge water.

60 min mash x 5 litres at 67c. 10 minute dunk sparge at 72c x 2.75 litres

525 grams mix of pale/lager and stout malt (that is what i had to hand)
75 grams Carahell
35 grams caramalt
15 grams light munich
10 grams buscuit malt
150 grams light spray malt---50 grm at start of boil, 100 grm added to FV on top up
5 grams Bramling X pellets 60 min
1/4 protofloc tablet 15 min
6 grams Bramling X pellets 10 min
5 grams Pacific Gem leaf 5 min
5 "" "" "" "" "" 5 day dry hop at day 5
125 grams blackberries(defrosted) 5 days on day 5
1/2 pack CML US Pale yeast re hydrated
OG 1038. FG 1007 ABV approx 4% .IBU 32.89. SRM 5.20
Might re brew this and chuck a Kolsch yeast at it!
 
Just had a second bottle this evening and am really happy with it.Defo re brew it very soon,if possible before xmas:thumb:
