Going for a new one today - using Roddy's calculator (Thanks Matey !!)

1L Copella Apple and Elderflower
1L Waitrose White Grape
Usual Tea... and one for me :-) Still recovering from Thursdays Xmas party !
900g sugar
Top up to 5L with Tap Water
Teaspoon of Citric Acid
Teaspoon of Yeast
Teaspoon of Yeast Nutrient
Teaspoon of Pectolase

Nom Nom.... I think.
 
Elderflower is the missus' new favourite. I use 50g (£2.50 from the local HBS), 250g sultanas, 4Kg sugar etc for four gallons. There cannot be a cheaper way of making wine, if that's your thang. But it does turn out really rather good - bonus!
 
I have started my elderflower wine 1.5 litre elder and apple juice and a litre of apple juice there is only a small amount of elder in the juice so I may not be able to taste it but time will tell.
