Im currently brewing this in a FV and as the instructions its stopped bubbling after 6 days it recommends that i either rack it or bottle it now... I plan on leaving it for another 8 days (two weeks total) as i believe itll help in the clearing process,
Has anyone done this kit before, and will me doing this effect the outcome?
