mixed juices wine

just been to netto, and picked up 5 1 litre cartons of juice, mango, apple juice, pineapple and coconut, pomegranate and orange!!
Also got a bag of raisins.......think i will chuck it all together and see how it turns out me thinks!!!

fermenting nicely at moment..going to transfer to demijohn in a few days!

just racked it into a demijohn,its a cloudy 'rose' colour at moment.....smells...different!

still fermenting nicely, colour is a semi clear orange, smells...not sure really, borderline nice, smells strong mind!

tested it today, and its a nice white wine smell to it, still fermenting mind, and the taste, is actually quite nice, sweet at moment for me, but nonetheless, pleasant, will leave to run its course!!

bottling day, got 5 bottles out of it, at this point, i must mention that i didn't bother with the raisins, anyways, turned out a lovely light rose in colour, taste wise is a fruity medium white, with a strength of 13%, to be honest i didnt think it would be like this, but i will definately be doing another one of these again, and one i throughly recommend to all fellow wine brewers!
