Name: Galaxy Chaser

Grain Bill:

2000g Marris Otter 45%
2000g Lager Malt 45%
450g Wheat Malt 10%

Hops:
30g Galaxy 13.9% 60min
20g Galaxy 13.9% 5min

Mash at 67°C for 90 minutes
Boil for 60 min. Add a pinch of gypsum at the beginning..

Yeast:
Ossett Brewery Thwaites Strain
Ferment at 20°C
Brew to 24 litres
IBU: 53

SG: 1038
FG:

Brew Date: 19/01/2014

Everything went ok, except I forgot to add the irish moss

I only use a very small amount for bittering, personally I find to much for bittering leaves the beer a bit harsh.
