I made this when planning to do a single hop ale with just Willamette before smelling it on it's own and deciding not to.. it was spicy but too mild for a pale IMO. So I added Nelson Sauvin for bittering and to mix with the flavour and aroma and it smelled like it blended perfectly with the Willamette. After brewing it it came out really nice and I will definitely brew it again when I get these hops again.

Round the timings up or down if you want, this is just how it ended up because I was busy deciding what to add at the last minute  I've changed the hop amounts a bit to adjust to how I think would make it better, but only by a few grams here and there. I'm thinking it would be better to up the late hop amounts and maybe add a bit more Nelson Sauvin.
