Thanks to everyone the W&C discussions sub-section, I completed my first batch.

2nd batch of kit cider started today, and plan on a TC next.. so will be looking for advise on that in a few weeks.

But here is my blog on my adventure so far

Going to enjoy a few bottles tonight, its been 4 weeks since I started :drunk:

looking good so far. I would let it mature more than 4 weeks before drinking it but I understand the first batch impatience! Enjoy and cheers!

Thanks

The kit I put on the other day (Brewbuddy) has a lot of froth at the top, where as my last one didnt'. Is this something to be worried about? Can post a pic if needed?

Only difference I did this time is use normal cane granulated sugar and not the stuff that came with the first kit

:)
