it started on 1.050...
the last reading was 1.012..

iv had a go on the site calulator ...

and it come out at 5%

i just hope it tastes nice ....

it will be 2 weeks 2moro ...
that the stout has been here in my bedroom ...

so 2moro its off up the shed for the cool storage part ...

then in 4 weeks ...
it will be time to :drink: it ....

i am so looking forward to my first pint of my firft brew...

i must say i'm getting excited ... :clap: .

It'll be worth it mate. Holding off just lets everything you have brewing catch up, that way when you DO start drinking you won't get to the end of a batch before the next one is ready. Perpetual motion :D

and wait to see if i liked it ...
before doing more ...

i printed out a few lables ...

stuck them on with green top milk ..
they stay on the glass but not on the plastic ...

im very much enjoying my stout now ....
its very nice indeed ... :D .
i cant Believe its the same brew,,,
that i was so unhappy with a few weeks ago...


it tastes lush... :drink:
