First time brewer here from Hampshire, UK. Hoping to get some advice to improve my brewing technique.
Like many new brewers, I'm guessing, I got a Ballihoo kit for my birthday (the standard 25L one with vat and pressure keg), and a Woodforde's Wherry 40 pint kit.
I'm coming to the end of the first barrel and am pretty happy about how it turned out. Always room for improvement, though. I have a few questions, but I guess I should post them under a different section of the forum.
