Well today I Kegged the NOG after 3weeks in the FV. The FG was 1016, Kegged with 90g of Demerera sugar. Another 2-3 weeks and Hopefully be good to go!

Nog seems to take a little while to come good in my experience: tried mine too early and couldn't tell the difference between it and stout, only after a good 5-6 weeks had the stoutish flavour mellowed and the beer developed a character of it's own. Cracking pint though. :drink:

Darrellm Did you bottle or keg? I'll give it a taste after 2-3 weeks but from what you've said and what I've read in the reviews sounds like one to forget about for a good few months let alone a few weeks!

Think I barrelled that one, which is why it went so qiuickly. It was only when I got to the last few pints that it started coming into it's own, which was too late. Must do it again now I'm more patient.
