1 week in, had to try it. Carbonating really well with the Belgian candi syrup, smells and tastes like I remember Belgian beers do (cloves, spices, hint of banana). Oh I likey....
Head will improve over time I am sure, but you can see the fizz already.

I did the Coopers version of the Saison, on it's second week in bottles, looking very clear though pale in colour compared to what I have brewed before. I'll give it a week more in the bottles before I test it.

Looking forward to it.
 
I've just bottled a saison using 3711 and I've never had a yeast that was as hungry as that. Can't wait to see how it comes out. I'll post the recipe in the thread.
