I have a question about using the bulldog.
Should the stainless plug be used to block the malt pipe when mashing? If one uses over 20L of water the grain/water level may exceed the lever of the pipe, letting grain down the hole.
I have some pics of mashing with the sparge plate on here if anyone is interested .. Im not 100% sure what method is best. With the sparge plate on for mashing, I hit my gravity numbers perfectly.
