Well I've got a can of Coopers Stout. And 500grm. of light malt extract
As I now brew all grain I was thinking of making an Imperial stout of it, by buying an extra 1 can kit, lager or pale ale or brown ale, about 12 / 13 lit in the 1st FV and then transfer 2nd FV (a Muntons 12 lit Wine fermenter)
to finish off. /may try a light hop tea also
Only expect to end up with 22 / 24 500cc bottles Intended to be drunk Autumn this year.
Any comments or suggestions ?
Cheers :thumb:

I can vouch for the Coopers RIS recipe, but it takes a LONG time to hit its best. I've got two bottles left that are 18 months old and they're lovely now.
