I'm definitely going to have a go with this stuff ...using 100%...on the next brew but 2 (golden ale & porter come first) I tried to brew a couple of red ales last year only for the SWMBO to give a verdict of 'reddish brown' (I'm a bit colourblind). I want to produce something that is genuinely red (and tastes nice which should always be the priority of course).
