Repitching yeast - decant or not?

Quick question, I am repitching later today and have heard arguments for and against decanting to secondary before doing this.

Obviously, repitching in to primary would save transfering, but am I likely to have more success if I transfer?

I would not rack to secondary before pitching new yeast, after 5 days your yeast should be finished with primary fermentation and then you can rack to secondary...
