Hi all,
Was wondering what peoples thoughts were on the below:
Coopers IPA kit
Will put the below on the boil for 10-15minutes
500g Light Spray malt
500g Medium Spray Malt
100grams Centennial Hop Pellts
1kg of Marmalade

Then shall finish off with dry hopping with Cascade

Will this work well or be a bit of an  concoction?

Sounds interesting. I've never heard of marmalade in a beer before. My next brew is going to be a Coopers IPA. I'm hoping to do mine with:

1kg Medium Spray Malt
500g Dextrose
5g Oak Powder
10x Small Oak Cubes
25g Cascade Hops

I might add either 500g more of light malt or 500g of dextrose.
Also do 30grams of centennial at start of boil and another 20g with 5 minutes to go.
