Help!

http://www.themaltmiller.co.uk/images/uploads/Image 13.jpg

Bought a pair of these cool, stainless disconnects for my cornys.

I am suffering an on going, intermittent problem and cannot seem to resolve.

The out post leaks, the first time I lost a whole keg, the floor of the brew shed was sodden and I had to replace it.

I've tried different posts, lubrication with Vaseline, new o rings all to no avail.

I'm waiting for an answer from The Malt Miller, has anyone had the same problem?

Any ideas or suggestions gratefully received.

Cheers.

I have the same ones and they work fine.

Do you have the normal plastic ones to try. This should let you see if it is the post or a fault with the disconnect.

The leak comes from the base of the fitting.

I have new plastic one and that seems ok!

Just spoken to Carl at The Malt Miller, they're sending out a free plastic out connector (no steel ones in stock just now) and will replace the steel one when stock comes in.

Thanks to TMM for their courteous and prompt attention.

Cheers
