So begins the the Brexit negotiation shenanigans. T.May says EU nationals in the UK can have the same rights as UK nationals if they've been here for five years. D.Tusk and the EuroMob says it's not good enough. This is going to go on for a looooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooong time. I'm envisioning arguments between the UK Government (whoever that may be) and the EU in ten years time

I reckon the "expected better" was an automatic response from the EU negotiators and I would have been more worried if they had accepted it.

The negotiations may seem long but they have to end in less than two years, no matter what deals (including a no-deal situation) our government have managed to negotiate.

Personally, I have a bad feeling about the whole negotiation process and fully expect that the outcome will result in the UK being shafted. :doh:

I'm just glad that we are all in this together! :whistle:
