Joined Dec 31, 2009 Messages 247 Reaction score 3 Location Falkirk, Scotland Feb 8, 2011 #3 put the copper chiller into the boiler about 15 mins before the end of the boil (but do NOT turn the chiller on!) - this lets the boil santise the chiller :thumb: Then at the end of the boil, switch the boiler off and start up the chiller :mrgreen:
