Thanks for the heads up @dps51 the same two Classic Ale and Golden Ale boxes (6 x 500ml bottles) are on offer ÃÂ£1:50 cheaper at ASDA - http://www.thehomebrewforum.co.uk/showthread.php?t=71183

To be fair, even ÃÂ£9 or ÃÂ£1.50 a bottle seems reasonable

I agree and if i didn't have an ASDA store close to me the ÃÂ£1:50 extra wouldn't put me off buying from Tesco.

Both do 4 for ÃÂ£6 anyway so you can choose whatever beers you want for the same price.

The ASDA 6 bottle selection works out at ÃÂ£1:25 per bottle so you are getting a bottle free.

the only reason I put the Tesco ones on here
is if anybody is like me that Tesco is only 2 miles away
and asda is 8 miles away then I would go to tesco

We don't even have an Asda in the whole region of Dumfries and Galloway. for some reason Tesco have kept them out

I think the booze laws are slightly different in Scotland. As for the distance difference between the asda and the tesco....just get 4 boxes....
