So we have as Goldings derivatives - First Gold, Brewers Gold, Whitbread Goldings Variety, Styrian Goldings (Bobek), East Kent Goldings, Challenger and the simple Goldings grown around Herefordshire and environs.
I try all the hops going, especially if they are on offer cheap. Made great pale ales from Polish Marynka, French Strisselspalt and NZ Green Bullet.:thumb:

Since I have goldings and sterlings growing in my backyard I have to list them; narrowing down a third choice isn't easy ... probably amarillo.
