Hi years ago I used to brew using ingrediants and recipies from an old (1980) Dave Line book. These days have become a bit lazy and opted for Brupacks. I would like to get back into it. I am trying to get a recipie for Adnams broadside. The only one I can find on the internet is this but it dosnt make sence.

2159.00 gm Light Dry Extract (8.0 SRM) Dry Extract 90.00 %
60.00 gm Black (Patent) Malt (500.0 SRM) Grain 2.50 %
1.15 oz Challenger [7.00 %] (90 min) Hops 32.9 IBU
0.25 oz Fuggles [4.70 %] (15 min) (Aroma Hop-Steep) Hops -
1.00 items Whirlfloc Tablet (Boil 15.0 min) Misc
180.00 gm Cane (Beet) Sugar (0.0 SRM) Sugar 7.50 %
1 Pkgs Nottingham (Danstar #-) Yeast-Ale

What is (8.0 SRM), 90.00 % and [7.00 %] ? This needs putting into english unless someone has another recipie.

Desmond.
