Hi all,

I have a selection of hops which went out of date June/July, would these still be OK to use?

If they've been in the freezer they're probably ok, but best to give them the sniff test. If they smell of cheese, or something which isn't very hoppy, probably best not to use them.
 
As long as they're vac packed they will be fine. I recently acquired some hops from a friend that were from a 2005 harvest of Hallertauer. Absolutely no problem.
