ive just tried (2 bottles) :drunk::drunk:eek:f my Elderado ipa
ive been brewing slowly for about 2 years,and to be honest.ive been dissapointed with my efforts,
ive persevered,got pixxed a few times and drank a few beers of my own.
my friends have asked for a bottle, but ive been reluctent to share,
untill now ,,,,
im really pleased, its still young at 2 weeks warm,
so ill let it sit for 2 weeks cold and see what its like,
but im chuffed to bits. it sat in the fv for nearly a month, its nice and clear and tastes great,
chuffed to Fuxxing bits :thumb:

So....you're fairly pleased then...? :party::party::party:

That's great! Well done on making a cracking beer.

I say tuck in to it though. I find that for hoppy beers like IPA lose hop flavour quickly and don't suffer from not being conditioned for the requisite 2 weeks.

Nice one, a great feeling when you nail it, tastes better than any beer you buy in a bar!

I love these posts were a member's delight and enthusiasm leaps off the page.

Keep it up mate.
