Check out this link for chain of bars. An American I work with has just bought a franchise to set one up in Houston.
Only in America would you have such a selection of beers. Line cleaning would be like painting the Forth bridge, never ending.

I can see that some beers wouldn't be popular and never sell, but they never rotate the kegs. So you, unsuspecting soul, want a nice beer and it's poured and old and soured and gross.

A few well kept beers are better than a hundred not , the yanks all ways have to go over the top, its time they realised the biggest is not all ways the best ask my missus :thumb:

P.S they also make **** chocolate , have you ever tasted one of those hearsey bars they rave about, **** comes to mind so there not the best at every thing.
