I've just done my first brew with grain and I've used a Bru boiler and a grain bag. Can anyone help with the problem of getting all the lovely wort from the bag?
Also I boiled 25litres of water for 12 mns to get rid of the chlorine taste. Is it ok to put the grain in the water at a temperature of 80 C?
