I thought i would give eskimobobs hefevescent a go but use wb 06 instead will it produce clear or cloudy beer ? i aim to use no finnings and keg it as soon as its fermented down to 1010-1014

I used this stuff on a wit beer last year.No finnings and it came out "cloudish" but not too much.I was very happy with the taste and clarity of it and will use it again defo. :thumb:
Fermented down to 1.010.
Attenuation 80.3%.

Hope this helps.

Thanks i have bought 1/2 a brick of this yeast with another brewer so am hoping it produces good results.I guess most of the wheat beers i have tried have been bottled conditioned and thers yeast sediment in the bottom which can be shaken up prior to pouring as i am kegging this that would be an option but i wondered if by slightly carbonating the beer i might assist in some of the yeast being held in suspension :hmm:
