I'm planning to put a few brews on over the next few weeks and after looking through my stores I've unearthed a few bags of vacuum packed unopened grains and hops, all are approximately 5 months over the bbd. The grains are med crystal, black, chocolate and wheat malt - these have been kept undercover in a cool cellar. The hops are EKG and have been kept in a freezer.
