Thought I would spruce up my latest batch with some dry hops, I have in the cupboard:

Galaxy
Amarillo
Mosaic

Would you use any of them and what would be the outcome in flavour? Some help on quantities would help as well :thumb:

Dry hopping can be down to personal preference, according to the hop variety and quantity used. One man's selection might be too much for someone else, and not enough for the next person.
My rule of thumb as a start point for dry hopping is 50g hops over six days for a 20-23 litre brew, but even then I have become unstuck with that since I tried 50g Admiral in a Pale Ale recently, and initially it was really overpowering, and took over 2 months to mellow out.

I have one planned using Cascade, Chinook and Amarillo. Depends on east you want but with yours I'd go 10g Galaxy, 10g Mosaic and 20g Amarillo.

Sounds like a plan to me, thank you, looking forward to this, next thing will be an AG with hops, I'm building up to that.
