Early start. Having a go at this today:

Ingredients:

23l

5.7kg Maris Otter
0.55kg Torrified Wheat
0.20kg Crystal Malt 60
21g Columbus 15% a.a.
100g Galaxy 14.9% a.a.
1 packet Safale 05

With additions as follows:


21g Columbus @ 60 mins
21g Galaxy @ 30 mins
21g Galaxy @ 20 mins
5g Irish Moss @ 15 mins
11g Galaxy @ 10 mins

Then dry hop with 47g of Galaxy for 5 days after primary fermentation.



Also bottling the raspberry ale I made the other week later on today. Just poured the dissolved gelatin in to help clear it and it smelt lovely. Busy day!
