Yesterdays brew was this

M&S 40L

O.G. 1.045
T.G. 1.011
Alc % 4.3
I.B.U. 30.2

Ingredients:
6 kgs Pale Ale Malt (MASH)
500 g Corn (MASH)
250 g Crystal 20L (MASH)
500 g Flaked Barley (MASH)
30 g Magnum 15% BOIL 90 minutes
26 g Styrian goldings 2.5% BOIL 30 minutes
40 g Styrian goldings 2.5% FINISHING 15 minutes
Boil Time: 90 minutes
Yeast, re pitched SO4 slurry


Mashing Procedure:
Mash Efficienc85%
Add 18.14 liters of water at 76 C to heat mash to 66 C
Sparge with 38.62 liters of water to yield 40.00 liters to primary
Water Absorbed by Grain: 7.25 liters
Water Evaporated during boil: 7.50 liters

wow what a great pic of a yeast head :shock: is that normal? Mine go for it but that looks like something special :cool:
Silly question maybe :? what does M&s stand for?
 
Thats the healthiest fermentation i've seen :thumb:

Although I nearly changed the name when I found this in the bitter wort :shock:

It looks like a daisy head or maybe camomile ?
