I really like the Fourpure Session IPA but was puzzling over a possible recipe to clone it - it contains mosaic, simcoe, cascade and centennial hops.
Do you think I could get away with adding 25% of each in equal quantities at the beginning, 50% halfway and 25% at the end of boil to get something approaching it, or is one of the hops likely to overpower the brew?
I plan to experiment, but any input you might give as to quantities and ratios would be appreciated. IBU is 42, 4.2% ABV.
