Not tried it but I like the look of it! Smelling like cat **** - interesting trait!

Recently did an American wheat for a homebrew competition and it went down like a lead balloon. It's a very devisive style!

But its a great style for quick brews. Nice hope profile in that recipe too. Us-05 is the obvious choice here too.

Will be very interested to see your results of you brew it. What's the book it's from by the way?

Brew by James Morton, he has some cracking brews but some recipes call for as much as 500g of hops 😳
