Hi guys, I've just fermented out a coopers stout for 2 weeks and was looking at adding 400ml bourbon and 2 tblsp of vanilla before bottling. I would love any advice before I start.

Could you split it? Try 10litres with additions and ten without? I personally don't think a straight coopers stout has the body or flavour to take a bourbon but if you don't try you won't find out. :thumb:
