I've had a DJ of raspberry TC on for around 4 weeks and I think it's about bottle ready.
My only concern is that it's a wee bit opaque. If I add finings, would this affect the carbonation in the bottles, or at I best to leave it another week to try and let it clear?
Recipe used:
220ml Lowicz raspberry
4 l Lidl Vitafit apple juice
220ml strong black tea
Lalvin champagne yeast
