Hi, I'm just looking in to getting started with all grain brewing after experimenting with a few extract brews. I am in the process of building a small coolbox mash tun and am currently looking for a way to heat the brew water.

Has anyone any experience of brewing with a Klarstein catering boiler?

I don't think I can post links but it is listen on ebay under:

PROFESSIONAL 27L ELECTRIC URN HOT WATER BOILER CATERING COFFEE TEA DISPENSER NEW

and looks like a very affordable option.....

Any ideas??

thanks

Welcome  27 lt is a bit small for a boiler. Preferably you want one no less than 30lt. But this depends on the size of brew you want to do, but for 23lt-25lt you want a boiler 30-35lt capacity or you risk having a mess due to boil over.

Thanks for the advice, I think I will just bite the bullet and spend a bit more money up-front instead of buying cheap and buying again in a few months time!
