Carboy venting cap

Purchased one of these from Ballihoo

But unfortunately the inner pipe from my siphon filer doesn't fit in the cap. I wanted it for CO2 transfer. Anyone else had this prob?

I dont have one but you could perhaps cut down a racking cane (from wilko) jam that in the cap and the other end into the syphon. It's just a guess it will work but a a syphon tube and racking cane from wilko is about 2 quid so worth the punt I think?

Yeah that could be worth a try.
Just most vids on youtube show them using the inner from an auto syphon.
Ill suss it out

I think so as the racking cane from a wilko syphon kit is quite narrowis. It easily fits into the syphon tubing and I reckon it would fit into ca carboy cap

Well ordered one and its only bloody 14", so goes about half way down my carboy. It did fit nice in the cap though
Next plan of action needed.

You mean the racking cane is only 14"? You can get racking can connectors (I have one). I got it from a place @Chippy_tea posted a link to (It was for extra long racking canes but it was really two canes connected together). I see if I can find the link, although it was a long time ago
