I have done around 11 brews now, mostly Wherry and all excellent.
The last batch however has a "sharpness" to it and it is not nice to drink.
I brew for around 2 weeks and bottle, leaving inside for two weeks before putting out in the garage for another two.
Any ideas what might have gone wrong and whether it will come good after time or shall I tip it away?
