I completely forgot to post this recipe!!!
it's actually beaten my Genius hands down and is my favourite, and has blown away all whom have tasted it. it's not overly smokey like most rauchbiers i've tasted infact it's just got a hint. very complex flavour considering it's only got one type of hop. This is now my house regular
