I have brewed 96 AG beers and will start an overnight mash in a few hours. I don't have a record of all my extract brews but it's quite a few.
I have usually brewed pale ales but this year I'm also brewing Saison beers. Easy, quick and very nice:smile:. I hope to keep learning as well as helping.
I only buy ale for home consumption for quality control reasons.:drink:
