Some advise please :) I've had a Better Brew Czech Pilsner kit brewing for 2 weeks now and it started at 1.048. If I leave it to ferment out to 1.008 like the instructions say, it's going to be more than 5%. The gravity is now 1.016, which I calculate to be 4.2%. How can i stabilise the brew now and keep it at 4.2% without causing bottle explosions? Thanks!
