Hi just a brief intro! I am new to this forum and new to homebrewing! I have just started my first homebrew Larger (coopers Australian) and everything seems ok so far. Was advised to use this for my first attempt as its straight forward.

I am hoping to gain some knowledge on here and with a bit more confidence move onto some more complex brews!

I love my traditional ales so any advice that can steer me in this direction would be appriciated!

Don't worry, we're only talking about virtual beers .... I think.

The Cooper's kits are pretty good and relatively foolproof, I would recommend their Dark Ale, and as you get a bit of experience we can advise you on how to improve them.

Hey there,

I'm new too have stuck to Coopers so far. First the Sparkling Ale and tonight I'm bottling a Dark Ale. Have a Canadian Lager lined up next.

Good luck with your Aussie lager! :)
