Could you guys just have a quick check of this and see if it looks alright for a Belgian Wit
It is to be an AG BIAB recipe using a 30 l pot, I may need to sparge a couple of additional litres during the boil I think.

Batch volume 18.93 l
Og 1.051 fg 1.012
ABV 5.15%
IBUs 16.7

2kg pale malt (belgian two row)
2.5kg flaked wheat

Hops
Hallertauer heersbrucker
25g for 60 minutes
10g for 10 minutes

21g coriander seeds cracked boil 5 minutes
21g dried curaçao orange peel boil 5 minutes

Yeast safbrew wb06

I use 28 myself. But this is one of those areas where tastes vary! I've used too much coriander in the past but it fades over time.

I prefer it more orangey than spicy myself but the good thing about ag and biab is you can experiment a bit more I guess. Mind you, I know you Americans only use 28g because it's the oz equivalent and you can't tear yourselves away from imperial measurements not like us euro loving Brits :D
