Going camping in July and want to do a couple of small brews in time to take. First is going to be a pale followed by a darker one.
Only hops available at my local shop were fuggles and golding got a few grams of challanger left, based recipe on one i found for black sheep ale. Your comments would be greatly appreciated.
Aiming for about 12L
1kg dry pale malt extract
250 gs sugar
250 gs cystal malt
10 gs black malt
8gs Challanger 90mims
15gs Fuggles 90mins
10gs Goldings 90mins
15gs fuggles 10ms
Not sure if i should add add some hops at 30mins?
Brew target says it will be 31.8 IBU & 0.76 IBU/GU.
