Wine Brewer
Hi to all.
Been thinking of brewing my own wine for a few years now and have finally decided to take the plunge. I have been out and bought all the necessary equipment and have been reading up on the subject for the last few weeks.
I have decided to go for a Beaverdale Merlot kit following a few reviews I have read and I am also intending to do my own fruit wine along side it. Thought it would be useful to do my own along side a kit for comparison. I will be starting them both tomorrow.
