Planning a raspberry wheat for this weekend, got a tried & tested Hoegaarden clone, would it be best to leave out the coriander seeds & orange peel or change the amounts to compensate for the raspberries?

Cheers

I recently did my very first wheat beer with 2.5kg of acidic blackberries. These so swamped everything that a bit of orange peel and coriander would be totally lost. Raspberries may be less acidic and perhaps you are adding less than my totally OTT 100g per litre, but I would consider leaving them out altogether.

Got 3kg of frozen raspberries, read somewhere that its best to add at two days into fermentation, when did you add your blackberries?
