Was struggling to find a recipe before I made this so thought I’d post mine.

Only my 9th ever brew, did a previous Hoegaarden clone which I based this on (used up stuff I had lying around) If I was to brew it again I might hold back on the raspberries, first sip is a bit tart, I don’t mind that tho.

2kg Maris Otter
1.6kg Wheat Malt
750g Rolled Oats
800g Torrified Wheat
200g Lager Malt

66’c mash for 60mins

40g Saaz @ 60min
40g Saaz @ 15min
50g Saaz @ Flame out

Safale WB-06 yeast

First brew in my fridge so was an experiment regarding temps. Started at 20’c and raised it to 22’c by day 5.

Added 1kg of frozen raspberries on the 2nd day of fermentation then another 2kg when fermentation had finished. This sat in primary at room temperature for a week before I bottled.

OG - 1.053
FG - 1.006
ABV - 6.1%
