Dunkel Hefeweizen Suggestions?

Planning on brewing on Saturday and think I've got the ingredients for a dark Hefe but would like some suggestions on how much malt to steep and how much hops. I have:

2x1.5kg coopers wheat LME
500g wheat DME
500g crystal malt
500g carafa special 1 chocolate malt ebc800
Hallertau tradition 4.7%
Hallertau mittelfruh 4.5%
Mangrove jack bavarian wheat dry yeast

I've made Hefe quite a few times but I'm a bit worried about overdoing either of the steeping malt. I also have EKG, chinook and Mt Hood hops if anyone has any positive experience of using them in something like a Hefe. Cheers for any tips/suggestions.
