This is my first post, apolagies if the answer is lurking somewhere I couldn't find it! I am in the process of putting together an all grain kit and have been given a swan boiler.
After running it up tonight, it cuts out before a full boil gets going. I've looked in past posts and I'm guessing its the thermal cut out, it doesn't have a thermostat just on and off.
Can anyone help to confirm which wires need changing to get it going properly please?
